Transcript Request

For West Roxbury and Roslindale High School transcripts, please call 617.635.8920.  Please speak slowly and clearly when leaving the following information:

1. Your name during the time you attended high school
2. Your date of birth
3. Year of graduation or discharge
4. The US address or fax number to where the transcript should be sent including any specific information that needs to be put on the transcript or the person to whose attention the transcript should be sent
5. Please leave a number where you can be reached in the event that we need to contact you.

There is a $5 processing fee for each transcript.  Money orders and cash are the only forms of payment that will be accepted.  Please DO NOT send cash in the mail.  Money orders should be made out to West Roxbury Transcripts and sent to Anita Sutton, 1205 VFW Parkway, West Roxbury, MA 02132

If you need to fax a transcript request, please send that fax to 617.635.7895.

Transcript requests will be sent out in 7 – 10 days after receiving payment. 

 We DO NOT have copies of diplomas nor can we have copies made.

 You DO NOT need to send payment for graduation verifications.
